With a doctoral degree in Voice Pathology, Dr. Joy Musser provides voice therapy for a wide variety of voice disorders including hoarseness, pre/post-surgical voice therapy, vocal strengthening, muscle tension dysphonia, and voice disorders with psychological bases. In addition, treatment for specialized areas of voice include Vocal Cord Dysfunction/Paradoxical Vocal Fold Motion, Transgender Voice, and the singing voice (in conjunction with a singing voice specialist).
Dr. Musser provides perceptual and acoustic evaluations for your voice. If further evaluations are needed, you may be referred for additional testing with an ear, nose, and throat physician. Treatment plans are individualized based on the above assessments, and typically are recommended over a 6-8 week period.
